Pairing usernames with mac addresses or vice versa you need to open a Ticket
Following those steps will be the quickest way for both parties to not make any mistakes.
Add the subscription to the username.
Add a trial to the mac address. see the example below.
- Adding 6 monthly subscriptions to the username.
- Adding trial to the mac address.
Raise a ticket with the subject
